• Produce future first grade rugby players for the club;

• Through this ensure the success of the club at all levels;

• Recognise potential and assist in the achievement of that potential;

• Provide a safe environment to all children who wish to play rugby football;

• Introduce and ensure enjoyment of rugby to as many junior footballers as possible.
